We share an experience of a referred customer Glenn, who had a front end shudder which couldn't be identified by other workshops.
For over 12 months Glenn had a shudder in his front end whenever he braked. He took his Toyota Prado to 3 different mechanics and a tyre shop. No one could identify the source of the issue which was very frustrating and meant that he had to change his driving style and use the gears to slow down while braking to avoid that shudder.
On a recommendation he brought his vehicle to us for diagnosis. We were able to identify problems with the lower ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar link. Glenn advised that the lower control arms were recently replaced so the installer should have spotted those problems.
Glenn is thrilled that we were able to rectify the issues and get him back on the road, to continue his desert adventures.
